WILL I BE FIT ENOUGH?

Our favourite! We don't care how young, old or fit you are. We can make exercises and sessions easier or harder according to your level and build you up. Your attitude and desire is more important than your fitness level or experience! "You don't have to be a Premier League footballer to play 5-a-side"

WHAT IS FUNCTIONAL FITNESS?

Functional training is a style of training built around movements your body is designed to do. Participation in functional training will improve the endurance, stamina, strength, speed, power, balance, agility, flexibility, accuracy and coordination.

WHAT HAPPENS IN A GROUP SESSION?

We cover everything: warm up and rehab work, strength and conditioning - the hour is all you need. How many are in a class? We cap at 16 absolute max for every class as we want to be able to coach you individually to a high standard.

HOW LONG ARE THE SESSIONS?

Sessions run for one hour.

WHAT MOVEMENTS WILL I LEARN?

You will learn how to squat, deadlift and press properly initially, then we will build you up to more olympic and gymnastic movements but don't worry, we will guide you each step of the way!
