Owner/Head Coach

Meet James our Founder and Head Coach. With over 16 years of coaching experience he specialises in Body transformations, Olympic Weightlifting, Gymnastics, CrossFit and specialist areas of sport specific performance and permanent fat loss.

At his highest level he competed at the British University Championships in Olympic Weightlifting and qualified for various CrossFit competitions all over the country. Prior to that James was a professional dancer for 7 years working with various celebrities on their live performances as a performer and choreographer.

James was also a Strength & Conditioning Coach for Team GP at the Rio Olympics in 2016.
